Promoting inclusion through engagement
In 2024, we carried out our second global employee survey, followed by workshops that engaged all employees. Participation was high, reflecting a growing culture of involvement. While results showed no strong outliers, the change of survey tools and questions means long-term trends will be visible from the next survey in 2026. These insights will help us further strengthen inclusion and engagement across the company.
Education and development
To ensure continuous learning and adaptability, we invest in the Suzuki Garphyttan Academy, a platform for professional growth and skills development. The academy includes:

- A co-worker development program launched in 2024.
We also collaborate with universities and external organizations to promote research, innovation, and competence development. This includes offering internships, thesis opportunities, and knowledge-sharing sessions, creating a bridge between education and industry while supporting our transformation journey.
